Hello all,
Good afternoon! I have been a member of Killer Chess Training for over 1.5 years now. I found it to be tremendously beneficial for me. It has courses covering all aspects of the game(opening, middlegames, endgames, tactics, strategy, psychology, time management) and we can ask questions to our trainers on the Forum as well as in the daily lessons. Some things I really like about our Academy are:
1.) I have developed a bond with most of our coaches and can proudly call them my friends.
2.) The lessons almost always start on time and very often the lecturers are there in the class some minutes before the class is due to begin which shows their professionality.
3.) Even when most of the lessons are of 1 hour, usually the lessons take more than 1 hour. It is very rare for the lessons to be of an hour or lesser than that.
4.) There are often guest lecturers who come to our Academy to enrich and supplement our knowledge. Some of them have been Viswananthan Anand Sir, Michael Adams Sir, Mr. Gawain Jones CB, Gelfand Sir(who has come numerous times) etc.
5.) The Academy keeps growing and keeps expanding consistently. Whatever feedback we send to the Academy, they always keep it into consideration and even plan the courses according to our needs.
6.) Every coach in the Academy tries and speaks as freely and openly as possible.
7.) There are tournaments organised on Lichess every week which gives us a chance to compete and put our training into practice. We are also given training material(Friendly Homework Club and Killer Homework Club) to test our skills consistently and to put us in game situations which is very valuable.

I never write a review, so that is saying a lot about my satisfaction that I do it now!
In marts 2020, just after the world closed down, I signed up at Killer Chess Training, as a way to force myself to look at some chess. It worked out fine and in the next year and a half, while working from my home, I have never look at some much chess before. It helped me to be a better player and it help me to maintain my level without playing.
After the world (or at least my part of it) have open op (more or less), it has been more difficult to see all the classes, so I must pick the best of them, whist it is not easy!
One of the things I like is that I can look at the class when it suits me.
The most important reason and the main reason I signed up at KTC is that the level in the teaching is very high and I must concentrate/focus to follow the class.
The homework club is my favorite class because its “force” me to work with chess a couple of hours by myself! And after submitting my sheets I get personal feedback before the class.
In short term, Killer Chess trainings slogan “The best coaches – the best prices”, sounds as true as it can be.

Can I give more than 5 stars? Best chess training program I have ever had without question. I have been a member of Killer Chess Training for 1 and half a year. I love the academy so much and I am grateful for KCT’s help. I saw a lot of effort that the coaches here put in their lessons. The lessons cover all aspects of chess. I never have to be worried about different time zone because there are records available for me to catch up with the lessons I miss.
I’m extremely thankful to head coach Jacob. Thanks to the academy daily classes and some exclusive camps, coach Jacob knows me personally and he always shows his care for my progress, constantly encourages me to train and play my best. He and KCT coaches not only illustrate an investment and support for the students, but also provide a model for students to follow. KCT coaches know how to interest and challenge all of their students on a daily basis. They set high standards of expectations for those students in their class and themselves as well. Coach Jacob is super dedicated in providing homework weekly and grading them personally for each students. Those problems keep my mind sharp and keep me updated with new ideas recently played in the chess world.
Under the academy’s guidance, my chess level has significantly improved with a stable performance at the national tournaments (continuously top 3 in standard and rapid). I would highly recommend Killer Chess Training to anyone who is thinking of taking chess seriously.

I knew about Killer Chess Training for a while, but never had the time to do it due to work commitments. Finally I took some time off work for a “chess holiday” and launched into it. I expected high quality from a publisher I hold in exceptionally high regard; I own many books by Quality Chess.
So far they have been excellent in the two months I have been with them. I was able to watch lecture recordings as well as the Friendly/Killer homework combo, but now that work is back I only have time to do the worksheets each week. But even the homework alone makes it worthwhile.
One of the biggest issues I have had with chess practice in the past is consistency while living a busy life to calculate and practice. Thus I can often go months without doing anything, and when I do something, they are basic lay-up mate-in-4 nonsense. Homework club motivates me to do puzzles every week no matter what and so far even with a busy work schedule I have been able to keep up. Moreover, the puzzles are practical and TOUGH!
A big step for me was that I tried out the monthly membership for a couple of months to see if I could keep up with all the homework club. Fortunately after a couple of months I have been successful in juggling the worksheets and life, and therefore I made the commitment to upgrade to the yearly membership. I am hoping this will lead to a big 2022 for my chess.
Thus far I have had no tangible results due to not playing, but I believe that with continued efforts, I will eventually be able to convert my training into increased FIDE points! At any rate I definitely feel I am getting better.
