Join us on December 27-January 1st for a camp with GM Ivan Sokolov on connecting the opening and the middlegame
Become a better chess player by exploring the strategic aspects of epic World Championship matches with the Olympiad-winning captain of Uzbekistan, GM Ivan Sokolov. Diving deep into a few of chess history’s famous rivalries, such as Botvinnik – Tal, Petrosian – Spassky, Karpov – Korchnoi, and Karpov – Kasparov, we will look at how our opening choices are connected to the arising middlegames and how we get to fight them on our terms.
We will be starting the camp at 17:00 UK time every day (18:00 CET, 10:00 PST, 13:00 EST, 22:30 IST, 02:00 Singapore time).
The first hour of the camp is open to all members.
Then a 15 minutes break will follow and the class will resume, where only the people who have bought the exclusive sessions will be able to participate (starting 19:15 UK time).
Another 15 minutes break and another hour of teaching (starting 19:30 UK time).
You can get this camp for €99 if you are a member. If you sign up for a new yearly membership or renew your existing one, you get this camp for free, as well as the Christmas camp with GM Jacob Aagaard!
Or, you can get both camps, with GM Ivan Sokolov and with GM Jacob Aagaard, only for €149 for both if you have already renewed 🙂
