Trisha finished second in the British Championship Rapid

Dear members,

Nodirbek Abdusattorov is leading in Prague with 4/5 and has risen to 5th in the World. The power of Killer Homework strikes again! The other juniors will not doubt recover quickly and enter the top 10 too. We hope you enjoy watching them as much as we do.

Jacob played a league game. The team won 7-1 and Jacob bought a round at the pub.

Sam is playing the American cup from 10-22 March, so he is off the schedule for 3 weeks.

Trisha Kanyamarala – our Irish superstar – took a break from persuing the WGM title to get 2nd in the British Championship Rapid in front of lots of titled players. As so often, she beat her brother Tarun on the way. Tarun got 8/11, Peter Roberson 7.5/11. Jude Shearsby 7/11. Theo Khoury 6/11. Apologies if we missed any other academy members participating.

It will be a busy week. We have 12 classes scheduled and a 13th is being discussed. We are aware that the HIGH LEVEL PRACTICAL TRAINING class on Wednesday is not at a good timing for our American members, but we also have members in India, Thailand and other places on the opposite side of the World. So, we will aim to balance it out. With so many classes in the calendar, one of the challenges is to not avoid collisions. You can always catch the recording!

We are anticipating a shakeup of the timing for the classes in late April, where new topics also will be introduced.

In the meantime, we highigly recomend that you sign up for the Turbocharge your Tactics camp with GM Mykhaylo Oleksiyenko! And don’t forget that if you renewed or signed up for a yearly membership after our last camp ended, you are getting this one for free!
